Inquiry #7: What are the hours of traffic control as I don't see any traffic control page in the specifications?
I don't see any notes in the specials for stump grinding being required-please confirm.
with the large amount of locations and subs not being able to complete the viewing this week- what is the possibility of pushing the bid date back a week to help with preparing the bid?
